White-boarding Coding Interview Tips

All, Are there any tips for whiteboarding coding interviews? Some suggest that we divide your whiteboard area into three sections vertically. 1. First section: write down the problem and constraints, and drawing(Tree/Graph etc) for understanding. 2. Second section: Write pseudo code. 3. Third section: Write bug-free actual code in a programming language. And some suggests that we don't need pseudo code section and so to divide the whiteboarding are into only two parts. Any better approaches to go over or any other tips?
