Bingo. Tech salaries are growing so fast that Glassdoor’s algorithms are having a hard time keeping up. I think this is more pronounced at the smaller companies with very few Glassdoor posts.

I find blind to be more accurate than paysa and glassdoor. paysa seems to be on the higher side and Glassdoor too outdated and on lower end

At least when I looked at glasssdoor, it didn’t ask about total comp, only salary. My salary is only about 20% of my TC.
