Why is it pretty much all white men harassing?
In my 8+ years in the tech industry it has been almost all white men who have harassed me. The POC men have been respectful of my boundaries and choices. The recent Hollywood revelation scandals have been white men as well. Why? #metoo

Maybe go into marketing... my wife has been harassed and verbally abused by at least three women managers.
Go tell Gwyneth Paltro to work for marketing. If you are talking about your single reference, your wife, I can totally disagree with you. I worked in consumer industry in marketing for +9 years and have many female colleagues and friends in the same industry. So please stop stupid generalization with single reference point :) Please. I know you can do better than this. I believe FB only hires the best ppl! So I’m sure you can do better than that stupid answer! Maybe you can ask your wife :)
