Why people tailgate in rightmost lane
Isn’t right most lane meant for a little slow drivers ? Also 65 is max limit and driving at 60 in right most lane not considered slow. Even then folks will keep chasing you there instead of driving around you. Thoughts ?
Cars cause you to dehumanize other road users and then you treat them badly or unsafely. My least favorites is when you're behind someone in the left lane, passing someone in the right, and you try to leave safe following distance but car behind thinks you're the slow one, passes on the right, and then tries to wedge in front of you

Slam hard on ur brakes and count to 2!! Then speed up to 60mph again quickly. U will be able to see their eyeballs coming out and other balls swapping places! Lesson taught!!
I would advise against that If the car behind have camera and can prove this Insurance will squeeze your balls!!
Insurance and law dictates that u have to follow the 3 second rule while following a car. As the original post says “tailgating”. Hence u r super duper safe. Anyways, in case of an accident, the car following is at fault. Not the one in the front.
