If you're in the US, you are FUCKED. Cops will likely arrest you even if they see you injured. Get the fuck out of there yesterday, this is no joke. I've known someone who left the country because of something similar.
Pm me, I'll recommend a lawyer that specializes in such cases (false allegations). He helped me in my divorce, and in getting custody of my kids. Not cheap. Do not move out of your house before you consult a lawyer. Moving out will complicate custody arrangements.

Go straight to a family law attorney if you know one, or go sit in a police station/court house waiting room and search on the internet/ask your friends to find one.
