What’s it like working at servicenow? I’ve read mixed feelings on indeed and Glassdoor. Is wlb improving ?
Pretty good depending on what team/dept you join.
Any teams I should be aware of to steer clear ?
I heard the new HR leader there, Pat Wadors was canned from LinkedIn as she was enforcing reverse discrimination practices to increase diversity hiring. Curious to see if this bleeds into ServiceNow.
Not true. Pat is super respected across the industry.
Not true
How was the stock bonus and refresh there? They had an amazing run since IPO.
Shit company. Stay away.
How are the platform teams?
Platform is legacy code
I am interviewing for ITOm team. Is it 24x7 work culture? I am not looking for weekend or late night work
Don’t join ITOM
Can you elaborate why not to join ITOM team?
ITOM team at Kirkland was too powerful to control. But now whole ITOM team is going through org changes. In this process, local ITOM leaders’ wings have been cut. Also the good and knowledgeable devs have already left the team.
Why is the work bad?
Thanks. How are the benefits?
