5yrs with T-Mobile, not one Written Warning, Not one Written PIP. A peer gets promoted to District Manager, while peers we did not "like" each other but we were professional and cordial. After 30 days of being in his District I was Written Up for not doing my job. He came back and wrote me up again a few weeks later stating I did not do what he asked? But he never visited during this time and I had documentation showing I did everything he asked. So he "found" other things, I.e. Labor was high, so I fixed that too! Had the most successful month (June) of the year! #4 in District month to date mid July! Did not see him for a month. Came in mid July and Terminated me stating I had not done what was asked. Even though I had 100% documentation and numbers to prove it...... Just goes to show, Great company's can have some vindictive Upper Managers! I had 16yr career in Wireless, 5 of those with T-mobile.... Get the wrong "boss".... And he manages me out in 4 months!!... Not a Leader!!..... Probably because I called him out on it 2 months ago... Hope Karma is real.... I will be fighting this, but in the meantime, I have another opportunity. Any advice on moving forward? It came as a shock, but I'm dealing...
First piece of advice, stop abusing elipsis.
And for you, tigga, you should learn how to spell ellipses.

Also report this to the CEO directly, with concerns that you may take this to Court. Executives hate managers that create lawsuit expenses.
