hola amigos, What’s the avg and high-end TC you can expect from Amazon Virginia office? Years of exp. 3.5 - 4 yrs. is 200k TC (with base 150k or higher) a reasonable TC ask or is it on low side or higher? whats reasonable joining bonus u can expect? thanks!
200k is a little high for that many YOE, salaries are more normal outside of Bay Area and Seattle. Amazon said their average pay in VA will be 150K. 4 YOE is newish.

That’s such a lie. Look on homes for sale in SF not a single one under a million. Look at homes for same in Arlington $650k got a 3 bedroom in a good neighborhood. Exaggerating $300k is a lot
What level? Pay will be the same as Seattle... So levels.fyi is your friend. Signon bonus is kinda equivalent to stock so your TC is about the same every year for four years. You can hit $200k TC easily at L5. Not likely at L4. They'll probably try to downlevel you. Insist on L5
