We did and got 3.5% Wells Fargo. Not the best rate for sure, since we are high risk clients, but I’m happy.

Yes, citi is currently beating everyone.
What rate did you get?
Rates vary heavily so not helpful to compare. Citi also has very generous relationship discounts. Should be in the low 3s for 30 year jumbo and below 3 after relationship.
