What rate did you get?

Facebook public2 Aug 15, 2019

Rates vary heavily so not helpful to compare. Citi also has very generous relationship discounts. Should be in the low 3s for 30 year jumbo and below 3 after relationship.

We did and got 3.5% Wells Fargo. Not the best rate for sure, since we are high risk clients, but I’m happy.

How do they define high risk clients? Borderline financials? Or visa?

NVIDIA Gk56$iA Aug 25, 2019

1099 income instead of w2. It’s more likely to fluctuate

What’s a low rate now? If you’ve got near perfect credit.

Google mtsa03 Aug 15, 2019

Without points most likely around 3.5-3.6

Samsung CxMv51 Aug 15, 2019

3.5 even now? I heard BoA is giving around 3.2 rates

NVIDIA s4&igDO Aug 16, 2019

I know someone who got a 2.8

Samsung CxMv51 Aug 16, 2019

Where?

Google mtsa03 Aug 15, 2019

With points you can get down to the 3.1 range. I'm just giving what I imagine is the base rate

Samsung CxMv51 Aug 15, 2019

Isn't no points better? Currently on 7/1 ARM @3.85. Looking to refi now, what should be my strategy

Uber txSc56 Aug 31, 2019

2.675% , no closing costs, 7/1 BoA, with Apple employee discount.

Uber txSc56 Aug 31, 2019

Forgot to mention: I put 250k cash in boa yo reduce the interest by 0.125. You can take it out once the loan closes.

Wow. That's like a whole percentage point lower than what I currently have.

Does it matter which branch
