Have following offers from apple and linkedin, both are for Web Front End Engineering role.

Please help me evaluate the offers,

YOE: 7

LinkedIn:
Senior Software Engineer
TC: ~290k

Apple:
ICT4 - Services org
TC: ~325k
heard apple also has good refreshers

Update 1:
I see most of the initial votes are inclined towards apple based on TC. But I feel linkedin has better tech exposure for front end engineerings. Please share your thoughts.

Yea, t mo is pretty trash. You guys needs to fix that password reset bug. It’s been there for like 2 years now.

    • Linkedin: unfortunately I am not working for T-Mobile no more. I complained about it to the team.
And I agree with you, the reset password prompt killing me. I now even forgot my password due to changing so many times.

It sort of seems like Apple no brainer. Apple is notable for trying to beef up its services (and this FEE) so you'll have plenty of opportunities for tech exposure

Apparently we don’t talk much about that. Not even on Blind. The only number I’ve ever seen is 60k.

Like someone else said, services is where it’s at. I wouldn’t say it’s prestigious (yet), but because the company is trying to improve on this front, it is investing a lot of resources into hiring and maintaining good engineers.

Choose LinkedIn. Apple’s culture and WLB are so bad. Even if you make more here, you’ll not be happy in the end.

Just my .02 cents: LinkedIn uses a lot of built-in-house stacks and tools. The work/life balance can be great, but you won't be using industry standard tooling which may or may not be appealing to you in the long run.

LinkedIn's mobile website is the biggest trash. If you are going to fix that, go there!

    Otherwise, definitely Apple.

Our mobile web doesn’t get that much traffic. Management just doesn’t care.
