come on Microsoft - Linkedin’s recruiters
Hi guys, I recently got a SDE offer from FAANG but not quite satisfied with numbers. (lowball without counter offers) i’d like to try MS and/or Linkedin if I can get a better one. MS & Linkedin reached out, told me to fill the form then sent back for 12 days never replied. I did follow up as well. not just 1 recruiter but like 3-5 are like that... is it normal? TC: 100k YOE: 1.5

When does ur offer expire? Shouldn’t you have started already to have a chance to counter?
