Recently failed a loop for a fte role at amazon. Studied for the LPs and behavior questions for a while. Thought I was prepared and answered the questions well. The feedback was they needed more from my LPs answers. Very vauge, but any pointers from HMs out there on what interviewers look for in Non-tech role? Trying to be discrete as possible so not saying the role. YOE- 1.5 years

Didn't you follow the STAR methodology and added metrics and used "I" when answering? Also did you feel your answers not aligning/demonstrating any LPs?
I definitely did follow the star method and used I. I felt they did for the role I was applying for.
