feeling guity when secretly interviewing
I feel guity in my current position that I have to pretend I’m happy and enthusiastic about the work and appreciate the team, but at the same time I’m looking for new opportunities. I feel guity for being a hypocrite and my deeds dont match my words. Anyone feels the same?

Don’t feel bad. Your company has lied out of their ass for years to deceive investors and they would kick you to the curb without the slightest remorse. You don’t owe them any more than that.
