getting in the door

hey all, looking for an internship with facebook, I want to get noticed by a recruiter. I’m having the hardest time getting noticed. I have catered my resume to match every type of entry level/internship job at facebook I apply to. Is there a trick to get noticed? Am I missing something? I have been trying for months now to get noticed. -Graduated with a BA in urban studies and planning. -Interning for a city almost a year as a city planner. Hoping to join FB’s public policy or communication team. Also, currently working a job in customer service/project management for 9 years. HELP. please. thanks.
