how do you prepare yourself for an interview in hardware engineering? are there sites like leetcode except for vlsi? what are the important topics that interviewers like to cover? thanks in advance!
Hardware is kinda broad, so you’re going to get varied responses.
Are you focused on VLSI/verilog ?
Focused on wireless?
Focused on chip design?
Focused on board design?
I’m graduating in May so I don’t have a specific skill set. But I do have experience in VLSI/Verilog and wireless/DSP systems.
I just got off the phone with an Apple recruiter who told me I’m being considered for a Post silicon validation position as well as a pre silicon design position which doesn’t really narrow it down.
Do you have any advice on what to go over for a new grad HW interview?
