3.5 , you can say it’s equivalent to an product manager role
Annual Bonus percentage is fixed based on level which is determined by interviews; you might be able (I don't know much about this) to ask for a follow up interview if you want higher level and thus higher bonus percentage. You can negotiate base, rsu, and signon bonus.
And the relocation package is also fixed.
