how much $$$ Designer at facebook
Hi folks. How much is a normal compensation for a ux designer in Menlo park. I have 4 years of ux and 8 as designer. Im making $150k right now and I'm not sure if I should make the change

Depends on where they level you. Based on experience and interview performance. L4 $220k-$250k and L5 $250k-$300k TC. Probably room for higher if you're a top performer.
