how political is fb for pms?
as a pm i find linkedin almost comically political. obviously comes with the territory a bit but at li people deliberately slow things down, undermine work, dont colaborate on features to claim credit, etc. considering an fb offer. how political are things there? fyi, i dont care about people being argumentative or driven, i just wanna be somewhere where the best idea is what gets built. tc 260k

I don’t think you escape political shenanigans at all. It happens everywhere.
At smaller companies it’s easier to manage imo. Still exists regardless
