better starting point?
Must be an intern
I had the choice one year ago and I chose Linkedin. Interned at both places, like LinkedIn's culture way better
Which office
Google. LinkedIn is slow and low performing. Iām sure google is mostly like that too, but it will be a better line in your resume, and probably give you better compensation.
Speaking from experience, the G-word is much more valuable on your resume.
Itās much easier to get promoted at LinkedIn. As a young engineer, you might learn the same amount of technical knowledge from those 2 companies. So, maybe work for LinkedIn for 4-5 years to get a staff or manager role. Then switch to Google for retiring.
Your profile already says LinkedIn?
