Just curious what's the maximum pay that an engineer with 2-3 years of experience can get in India. From what I've seen the majority lies in the range of 30-35 Lpa..

Walmart is not 45.. If you have x fixed+variable and y rsu (over 4 years) then they say ctc is x+y but actually u get x+(y/4) TC per year

Nope. Many upper end SDE1 & SDE2 jobs in any half decent company pay in that range.
