moving to DC from midsize city
im currently working in a large east coast city, but am thinking of moving to DC. i know col is higher but im thinking the networking will be worth it. anyone live there and work in finance specifically? Is it soexpensive that 200k would not be enough?

$200k would be more than senators/congress members. That would be fine unless you wanted a big house in Georgetown, McLean or Potomac.
