lowballed . 140/60(over 4 yrs)/15 for L61/62 . recruiter wont disclose the actual level. max bonus is 20% and max stock reward is 22, what does that say about the level? also, is it fair to assume that median bonus/stock reward would be 50% of max ? any room for negotiation ? i have another offer that is much better but not in seattle , and i would like to be in seattle.
60k stocks per year? That's really nice.
Based on your max stock reward this is level 62. Level 61 max is 13k. Though my info is about 2 years old so it may have changed, but unlikely.
Which team is this for ?
Don’t accept, stay in Intel
Actually this is less than what I make now, so... also have another offer. Maybe will take that .
If I pass on this offer, how easy will it be for me to interview again with them, preferably for a higher position ?
Did you reveal your Intel salary or pay by any chance, they may have used that as a baseline. Why not interview with Amazon. You can push your decision to MS by a month. How many LC problems did you solve ? If I may ask
Yes, I think I will interview with Amazon. I did around 250 on LC and a few dozen on interviewbit as well. BTW, this is less than my current salary which is actually pissing me off quite badly .
Stocks could be more. I got 80k in stock for L60. Yoe same as yours. MS matched my current base salary. Initial offer was tad bit lower.
Lowball offer
