oculus go - setup without the controller
i am setting up Oculus Go but the controller seems to be bad. is there a way to complete setup without the controller? When i use headset it keeps telling me that the headset is updating and asks me to use the oculus app on my phone to continue. but i cant seem to finish the setup. any thoughts?
The last step for setup in the app is about controller setup - and it keeps trying to pair the controller. There is just a back button on that page and no button to complete setup. When I try wearing the headset itjuat states “the headset it still updating” and asks me to remove the headset and use the oculus app on the phone.
Are you sure there are batteries in the controller? Did the light turn on? You have to hold the buttons or something.
Thanks for your response. As I mentioned I original msg the controller is bad. So I was trying to finish setup without the controller. Any clues?
I set mine up fine. What happens if you use the Oculus app?
