% of income that is not from TC

I’m curious how the community thinks about investing and if they make money/cash outside of their TC. I can start

TC: 165k
Bonds: 12k
Rental income: 38k

Living off of TC is totally fine but am working on building recurring revenue sources. Goal is to get that to 150k so it could make up ~50% of income.
