Did any one receive a full time offer letter from “The Fisher Investments “ with hourly pay for Sr. Developer position along with Benefits and no Base pay mentioned? Is this a common format of offer letter?

In my understanding, Hourly pay = contractor. The important question is do you clock your hours to get your salery (which sucks), or they give you hourly * 40 every week no matter what.

Incorrect. Hourly pay is standard for lower paying FTE jobs, for folks in non tech jobs early in their careers.
