I got an offer from revolut london 85k + sign on 15k stock options. there is no relocation package (tickets and visa for myself and my family) mid iOS developer
Where are you coming from? Definitely push for more salary and relocation.

85k is definitely not bad salary for London.
For 9 YOE (which is quite a lot), let's say things as they are, it is on the lower end for London. Also, there is a 40% tax rate past £50k. https://www.levels.fyi/
I don't know what you are benchmarking against, if it's US salaries then it's on lower side.. if you are considering London salaries, then it's not a bad pay unless you are in one of Faang companies..
Not bad does not mean he/she should settle for it when more can be obtained. Even mid-size companies in finance can offer a 6-figure TC in London for less YOE.
