sendgrid TC in Redmond city

I have an offer for Swe 2 from sendgrid. They just got acquired by twilio, Is it a good time to join? recruiter is asking for expected TC. Also possible to move internally to twilio teams? YoE: 3 TC: 130k chicago

thanks for the details. 50k and 15k here is yearly, right ? base seems low for bay area, also does moving to twilio need another round of technical interview?
