tech companies in LA
Looking for some advice on jobs/locations Went onsite for an offer at Lyft in Denver and ended up turning them down bc the weather is shit. Similar experience with Box in NY, but I ended up dropping out before the onsite. Iβm looking to stay in LA and I think the best 2 companies are Snap & Oracle here. Anyone else feel the same? Can Snap/Oracle ppl chime in? or other good LA tech offices (Account Mgmt & Product Mgmt Roles(
Amazon has offices in the LA area
Plenty of smaller companies like Honey, Weedmaps, GLOAT, Headspace. Also lots of gaming companies like Activision, Blizzard, Riot Games and aerospace like Boeing and Northrop. Depends what you industry you want but most of the companies donβt rank too high on the SV prestige rankings.

All the big boys are in LA. Top TC: Netflix Snap Hugo Insurance (got $350K offer from them but this might not be typical) Amazon (depending on your level) Prestigious with decent TC: Facebook Google Riot Games Oscar Viacom (Pluto TV) Grindr Tinder Known companies with crappy culture or TC: Hulu Disney Fandango

Snap is bunch of spoiled kids with attitude problems who feel entitled and they work 14-16 hour day if you don't mind long hours. Offices in Santa Monica are nice
