toxic work culture but reputable name and work

working in a big company right now. its work is very reputable in the industry and its one of the best firms, but the work culture is very toxic i am graduating in April 2020 and i am just wondering if i should stay at this company and just suck it up for 1-2 years or should i look for other firms with a better work culture
