#vmware offer rescinded
Got the most lame response for rescinding an offer. They can’t sponsor my TN visa and I’m on a TN visa right now. Has anyone else had this issue?

Nothing tops like IBM tho. Them idiots don’t even know the law and I had to explain what was AC21 rule. Yet they rescinded it.

TN is not a visa it’s a permit, no need for sponsorship, it costs 50$ at the border..only cost for the employer is the attorney fee for paperwork
