You should hear back late next week or a week later max. If the interview was yesterday, panel would decide either today or on Monday. Add a couple of days buffer. So you should hear back soon

Mine was 4 business days. Interviewed for 2 teams. Recruiter at both teams later on just let me decide

Positive or negative.. the decision is made quickly by the hiring committee and you will know within couple of weeks worst case
