weed smoking for creative sessions
we like to smoke a little bit of weed at Giphy for our produxt sessions. any one else do that too?
How common is at other SF companies? I feel like the HR rules have become so painful
We are LA/NY. My last job we smoked weed every day after 6 with the bosses. Then we worked for a couple more hours before calling it a day

I think a brainstorming sesh is good maybe once a week but I'd be concerned about a lot of those ideas getting lost in the few hours every evening.
