whats the sexy 2019-2020 era web service tool?

node.js angular etc etc if i want, in a weekend, to throw up a database driven web service in some cloud, whats the hot technology for that? i dont need 100% control, eg, i dont mind binding a query result to a table and decorating it, instead of writing shit from scratch. i want friction free deployment of changes. id like to expose a rest api simply too. having it handle api key generation too would be great, even if its a module i pull in. any tips wouod be awesome! thanks
