A: great neighborhood where my best friends are, not a great commute and apartment is meh B: not the best neighborhood, can walk to work, great apt
We waste so many hours of our lives commuting, seize them back! Just uber to hang out, it’s the rational arrangement.
Easy decision; B. You can always choose to go visit your friends any day. You can't just choose to have a better commute or a great apartment every day.
Easy decision A People > things. Everyone saying u can Uber to meet friends. No u won't. U will come home tired and the step of calling an Uber and wasting an hour will be a huge burden vs u get home and just walk to friends to hang out. Been there done both.
If you come home too tired to call an Uber you're definitely too tired to hang out. Come on now
There's a difference. U wanna hangout. But when it is far away you will feel like it's u aren't up to the long ride there. Vs when it's right next door

You will choose B, and then regret it a few months later because of the terrible neighborhood. Happened to me, got sick of the smell of piss every time I left my home. There’s probably no parking because you live in the city and thus your friends will find it hard to visit. I recommend A but I know y’all will choose B
