why can’t Democrats have at least one sensible president candidate?
Are democrats just full of morons ? Are they the ones who just want to believe in stupid ideas? They can’t get one person who is sendible enough to take on President Trump. This is very sad. don’t get ME wrong i want Trump to get strong opposition. just can’t see it happening. 😟😟 Edit : They can run on simple promise but just trying to be super flashy without logic. some simple practical promises. 1) I will never act like Trump 2) I will increase number of immigration judges, asylum processing center and other logical imptovement. So that everyone gets a fair chance , at same time we don’t get criminal into our country. 3) will close lopehole in taxes for coporates and rich people so that everyone pays their proper share 4) will improve the quality of education in the country 5) will improve health system in country by building more hospitals and subsidizing the health care for poor in those hospitals.

Their positions are guided by polls. When democrat voters are less stupid the candidates will get better.
The US needs a socialist or labor party. Both corporate parties are pretty stupid.

It scares me that we have a President with 13,000 documented lies, raw-dogging a pornstar, committing tax fraud, having two dozen sexual assault claims, encouraging Nazis - and the scrutiny is on the Democrats. Our country is utterly hopeless.
Primaries play to the base, because they get out and vote. Candidates move center for the general.

Came in to say almost exactly this. “Amazing” is somewhat hyperbolic but Hunter Biden is superior to Trump in almost every way. Sanders and Yang both seem like actual candidates and they’re easily “sensible”.
I'll take Yang over Bernie all day. Have you seen him on the Shapiro show? He sat down with a conservative pundit and had a very thought provoking conversation. Discourse is something that has been missing from American politics for way too long.
