Great company to work for. A long-time employee recently sabotaged a plane full of passengers.

AA is typical corporate culture; if you are with the in crowd you’re in the loop, no matter AA or US legacy still see MDs from both, culture pretty negative due to lack of profit sharing, no COL β€œraise”, difficult to promote to level 5, no room to move up to level 6 or 7, a lot of MDs, VPs still a lot of them. Frontline employees dealing with weather, operational issues, difficult passengers-free for all craziness. Engineering side usually pretty sheltered. Depending on how smart the manager to get engineer the pay, you might miss out on πŸ’°. Really though it is up to you, your ability to ask and get more money and move up.
