Projects and tech stack are not competitive enough for career growth outside the company Pay is stagnant, no stellar opportunities to shine in R&D Sales is prioritized over engineering. All the company cares about is selling more. If you’re not selling you’re not growing. No culture building, everyone is in their own bubble.
