Compensation is pretty good, and the benefits offered for the stage of start up are plush.
The CEO comes from the investment banking side of things and has never lead people in his entire career. This shows based on how he has chosen his executive team. There is no real executive leadership, just a bunch of dudes with half baked ideas throwing their weight around. Loads of irrational decisions, favoritism toward a few “yes-people”, and constant churn of employees. Guideline is doing the same thing with a fraction of the costs. I would save myself the headache and work somewhere else.
