Hi All, I am interviewing with Human interest and at later stages. I would like to know what you think about it as a company? How's the WLB, tech, future etc Do they offer cash bonus and what about the options they are offering? It would be helpful from you folks to hear about that TC: 260K #humaninterest
Did you join or find more info about this?
Any info?
WLB is totally team dependent. Stingy on options and at one point, there was more being done to keep Engineers happy. Company brought on "leaders" from Amazon recently which has negatively shifted the way we operate. More heads down, lots of silos, no shared mission, and barely functioning product. Future does NOT look promising for us.
Is the culture pretty ruthless there? Was looking at a couple roles here and the business opportunity seems promising, but sounds like it might be pretty miserable? Has it become a lot of Amazon style elbow throwing?
Do you still work there? Any advice on how much I should ask for in negotiation for 5 YOE?
The mission is the only reason why anyone applies. If you read the more detailed Glassdoor reviews, they're consistent (pay no mind to the "COMPANY IS GREAT! NO CONS SO FAR" reviews). They think the "Amazon" way can fly here but these leaders are so removed from the actual operations and just cannot read the room. Yeah, engineers are unhappy. The whole tech org actually.
Avoid. I was reached by an interviewer and very unprofessional experience overall.
Never heard of this company 🤷🏻♂️
