Hey guys! I'm really interested in working for Human Interest. They are a FinTech firm that offers streamline retirement plans to small/medium sized companies. Any input on the culture and what to expect in interviews?
Any insights on the company?
CEO cannot pick up on human emotions for the life of him and HR constantly has to triple-check anything that he communicates internally to prevent him from getting flamed by everyone. Leaders are very mid. The product needs a lot of TLC.
