It’ll kickstart their move into 401k which is how they’ll grow assets under management. If they want to be the money super app, they need 401k. Also, it aligns with their mission to democratize finance. SMB should have an easy way to offer 401k matching to employees. It’ll only cost them $1b and they’ll add ~200m ARR.
