Discount on purchases (but a whole lot less than other VARs). There are a few good people who are in a bad spot who work there and just can't leave. The horror stories you'll hear will give you cocktail stories for years to come.
Everything. Lying managers and executives, often racist and misogynistic. If you're going to blow out your numbers, they change the comp plan. Underpaid. If you work there, they will go after any new employer you go to with lies and force the new employer to not let you work there (often for up to a year) so you have to leave and not tell people. Leadership has been embroiled with scandals from insider trading to sexual harassment which is overlooked or people are paid off. Expect to be overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. Go there if you're desperate but expect to pay the price for years after you leave. They hire people to put in fake reviews on Glassdoor to make it seem better and boost their ratings. They won't provide you the bonus or comp plans to make sure they can screw you constantly.
