[ Role Description ]
• Solve critical issues, or crisis as they arise
• Own cross-functional and special projects. Some immediate projects may include: manage customer relationships, optimize customer onboarding / post-sales process, plan & execute a growth strategy, drive lead generation activities
• Develop and drive executive goals and priorities
• Develop a framework for company objectives and goals, align the entire company with ownership of those goals and create a reporting system
• Feed executive team with strategic research and insights and fuel the long-term strategy of the company
• Internal & external communications


[ Qualifications ]
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in on-the-ground operations, managing cross-functional teams and projects
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of ad tech industry trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
• Fluency in English and Korean preferred
• 3+ years of start-up experience (or running his/her own business) and/or working experience in top-tier management consulting or investment banking preferred
