Current TC: 42L/India, YOE: 4 Have an offer from Apple for ICT3. They matched my current tc using base + rsu and are giving another 12L in the form of sign on bonus (spread over 2 years) + relocation bonus + yearly bonus most of which would be exhausted after the first two years. So my tc, technically would be almost same after year 2. I brought this up with the recruiter and she countered saying Apple gives refreshers stocks every year which should increase your tc for the year 2 and onwards. Just wanted to understand if this is standard or is the recruiter low balling me? I would ideally like my base or rsu to be increased but the recruiter kept insisting your new tc is already 30% higher than original tc so another bump would be very difficult. What are my options? Is this how hikes are usually given when making a switch?

Give a break down of your education background, role and TC for folks to help evaluate as per India markets. But yes Apple does have a good refresh stock bonus for good performers.

Breakdown? The TC seems about median for ICT3 range. I know a friend in Hyderabad with slightly higher TC, but also 6 yoe from another faang
Please make sure it isn't IS&T. About stock refreshers it's true. They do have really good refreshers.
