How many real estate do you own
Hi everyone, I’m trying to understand Costco’s policy regarding unused sick and vacation days. Does anyone know if Costco pays its employees for these unused days when they leave the company? Any information on this policy would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
Looking for Costco referral, can you help?
DM me
Dm’ed you.
OP: How do people get into tech teams at COSTCO? I have never heard from anyone at that company
You can apply via Linkedln. Look for your desired role in Costco Jobs.
It’s very competitive. From what I’ve heard from recruiting, we get hundreds of applications for every opening. For the winter internship program, there were something like 9,968 applicants for 35 openings.
Hey, what are the perks? Free membership? deeper discounts?
Only free Membership. No other emplyee perks
I’ve only been here two years, and several people I started with left. They used them all b4 leaving though. Maybe check the employee handbook? You know they are stingy about paying out unused days each year so I can’t imagine it’s too different if you leave.
I’m looking to start my career here. Mind sharing your experience so far with me via DM?
Paid out PTO and Vac.
You will be them paid out if you leave. But sick time as salaried employee can accrue to 144 hours. Once you max it stops accruing. As for vacation, you can carry over 40 hours a year. Any unused time on your annual anniversary over 40 will be forfeited. Any other questions, feel free to DM
Most companies payout unused vacation, should be based on labor laws in the state they’re in
How about the unused sick leaves?
I don’t think you get those cashed out, at least not in Washington
