What is internal mobility process for senior software engineers from London office to Pune? Is it recommended to connect with the teams in the Pune office first before even informing my current team? TC: £ 140K Experience: 5+ years

How did London treat you?
London is treating me well. Also culture at Bloomberg is very relaxed so I get time to explore the city as well. Winters are not that great because of the limited amount of daylight though.
Is it worth going outside India i was thinking of moving out, please let me know pros and cons

Don't base your decisions based on other's experiences. Money's good, quality of life is great, lots of stuff to do on the weekends, plenty of places to travel, winters are harsh, leaving friends and family behind is difficult, most Indian people are too pampered to live without maids so they struggle with that. Plenty of diversity means you get to meet a lot of new people. Baaki dekhle life mein kya important lagta
