Despite these stats, not giving up and will continue learning from each failure. Cheers!
Had 9 rejects this year (all Apple) then 1 approval from Apple. Don’t give up.
Apple gave you 10 on-sites in a year?
How did you interview with Apple 10 times?
Where there is a will, there is a way. Respect for you OP.
Sometimes I think FAANG interviews are easier. Maybe because there’s now so much materials that help you prepare. Smaller companies are less predictable in what you can expect
Why not name the company? Folks from these companies can give some perspectives
Don't want to out myself, but most are high growth, some recently IPO'd.
What do you mean? None can identify you if that’s what you mean
I hope you are not trying to collect as many rejects as possible and you are learning something from each experience
In a similar position and already racked up 4 rejections. Learn what you can and keep trucking!
2020 has been the worst year ! There are many job seekers than openings. Hiring is definitely conservative especially for Senior levels. In my org when seniors leave they backfilled with juniors and put more burden on existing seniors / reduced the scope.
I got rejected at - 1. Goldman Sachs 2. Amazon 3. FICO 4. FireEye 5. Amagi 6. Groupon 7. Jio 8. Udaan 9. Yahoo 10.Zynga 11.Cisco 12.Sharechat
Cisco, Sharechat and Amagi wasn't. The rest are. There are many other startups as well.
Never heard of half of those companies , what country are you in ?
In the same boat! 2021 is our year 🙌🏻
