[INDIA] Red Hat Hiring Manager Round
Hello All I applied for a job at Red Hat and the recruiter scheduled a Hiring Manager round as the first round. He said the HM will check if I am a fit for the role and ask me about Red Hat and its products, etc. If anyone has experience with Red Hat interviews please let me know what should I expect. Also, how is red hat as a firm WLB, comp and benefits, etc. YOE: 2.4 TC: 20L
WLB is best in industry. Compensation not so good.
How much do they pay for SDE2 equivalent roles ?
Don't know the exact figures but you might already be making more. RH pays low. Did you told HR your present?

We are not getting π₯, we are getting half π₯
Cannot get any better WLB and quality of work.
