YOE - 4 SDE2 Current TC - 12.5lpa Salesforce MTS TC - 35.44lpa Base - 26.5 Annual Bonus - 2.65 RSU - 6.29/year (34k USD over 4 years) This is the only offer I have as of now. Work profile is for Salesforce industries cloud team. Can someone help with this offer Evaluation and type of work, during HM round I asked about the team and work , he said after I join team will be assigned. I didn't like the domain in my current work, and it was like automation. I am looking for good project now which deals with building products for high user base, distributed systems, microservices architecture, handling high traffic. This is a really good offer when compared with your current TC. You can certainly join. But if at all you have a competitive offer, I would say try 30 as base and 60k as stocks

Just don't listen to people who say Salesforce is a chill company, it all depends on the kind of projects you get assigned to, there are various Amazing projects which are going on inside Salesforce, it completely depends on a person how he wants to utilize that. There is a reason its worth $240B, Just join it without a doubt and if you don't like your team, Stay there and figure out about teams doing good work and after sometime you can make internal/international switch too and the brand will always help you. Also reading by your comments, since you don't have massive scale experience and still you got a chance to interview at Salesforce and an amazing hike I feel it would be the best move for you, instead of hopping and looking out for more offers..., and finally its your call

I will strongly advice you to not join this company if your focus is learning and growth. Many talented folks leave within a year post joining as there is no good work. Just politics and toxic people Learn to say yes to your manager then you can coast around as others are doing so. As you are early in your career, don't chose this company as your skills will be all gone. Chose wisely. Retirement company with political people and also bad wlb due to so called growth from manager.

Yes, not just work. You will find peers super lazy and no motivation to do anything . They just play politics and yes man to manager to coast. No learning from peers also. there is no good work, just boring and repeatitive thing.

Offer is good, as far as work is concerned don't expect super fancy tech stack here. Industries is growing like anything. Wlb will be team to team basis. You will find mostly occupied.

If you really want some good work, join a start up. Big corporates will almost never have good work
