Any Indians Think Kashmir Should be Independent?
Are there anymore companies that really care about their employees’ well being(mental, physical and financial) with good enough WLB and not just about profit? If there are such companies, let’s mention them in this thread. YoE 14 TC 95L #India #wlb #wellbeing #softwareengineer
DTDL WLB is okay, not the best But it cares for its employees No pip drama, no layoffs, good tech work, small teams and good visibility, frequent gifts, foreign trips. You might be physically stressed at DTDL sometimes but never mentally.
What's DTDL?
You’re kidding. Right?
2 points. 1. 95L at 14YoE is not extraordinary for the amount of work that I am being asked to do. 2. I am at a stage where I am ok to go for slightly lesser salary but with not so demoralising and always on the edge kind of work culture.
I work for GE and I would describe my company as employee centric, it’s extremely chill, low stress, and has good culture. However the pay is shit
How shitty? Please describe. How much would a staff/senior engineer with 14YoE make?
Probably 40 LPA to someone with your experience
I've heard NV India is just as good and in general the company has been amazing towards its employees
That’s nice to know. Does any NVIDEA employee from India know what’s the pay like for a staff engineer position?
Blue Yonder , SAP
Zoho, I've heard.
How dumb are you with 14yoe. Companies are not communities. They exist for making profit.
@motichoor may be you are exposed to toxicity in your career throughout? OPs question is pretty valid.
@Motichoor I would like to believe there are good things/people in Corporate/SWE world. That way it’ll help me keep at this job.
